Returns and Exchanges

Bags By Alex will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Item must be unused and in new condition. Customer must pay for return shipping costs. Total order costs will be refunded within 7 days upon receiving and inspection of return. Bags By Alex will not accept exchanges.
